- My 3-year-old is running around the house singing "Let’s Get It Started" by the Black Eyed Peas. I’ve played it once, several weeks ago when I downloaded it on iTunes.
- My 6-year-old got a CD player for Christmas on Saturday. The batteries already need to be replaced.
- My parents bought us an electronic keyboard for Christmas. Actually, it’s for the 6-year-old, who has been all over it since I set it up.
- I’m dying to buy an iPod while one of my bosses was begging her husband for one and one of our friends got the U2 version for Christmas.
I haven’t been into music for many years basically because I didn’t want to shell out 15 bucks for a CD that I wanted two songs off of. Now, with iTunes, I can have the music I want, the way I want it. This is frightening, even as iPod sales continue to soar, I guess I’m going to have to ride the wave soon. Yikes!
