Gotta hand it to the Fox network. I couldn’t have found a better run-up to Oscar night than the snarky celebrity show “Stars Without Makeup.” I was basically just letting the TV function as background noise while I checked in on my favorite blogs when it caught my eye. Much like the proverbial train wreck, I just couldn’t look away.
See! Sharon Stone’s double chin! See! Melanie Griffith’s baggy eyes! See! Lisa Marie Pressley’s cellulite! And when they couldn’t find a bad picture of a celebrity, they used a foresnic artist to age them! Not all that different from drawing mustaches and devil’s horns on posters, eh? Well, if it’s snarky you want, tune into the blog on Oscar night, when I’ll be doing the play by play on the best and worst in fashion, speeches and performances.

Somebody needs to tell Fox we can see that stuff anywhere.
