“I’m not a smart man…” but I know that George Benson, Billy Preston and Babyface don’t belong on the same stage as this guy. OK, I’m not smart OR a man, but when will the producers of “American Idol” learn that you can’t put REAL performers on the stage with these fools and retain even the least shred of credibility? It’s like me singing in the shower with this guy. I’m not going to get a callback. At least, not from a record company.
