Passing the baton, daddy style

I’m doing this under duress: lack of sleep, upper respitory infection, and an hour of podcasting. But here I go:

Total volume of music files on my computer: 3.96 GB, with a heapin’ helping of downloaded podcasts including the Daily Source Code, MacCast and Jeri & Nicole.

The last CD I bought was: “Stevie Wonder – The Definitive Collection.”

Song playing right now: Nothing ’cause I’m supposed to be reading my Management Accounting textbook. The 13th edition, I might add. By the same guys. What’s scary is that a new edition is supposed to come out ever 3-4 years. But if I had time to listen, right now, I’d be Toni Braxton’s “Un-Break My Heart.” I had a glass of wine, and I’m feelin’ kind of mellow.

Five songs I listen to a lot, lately (in no particular order):

“Paradise by the Dashboard Light,” Meatloaf. It’s already almost six minutes of fun. Make it 30, please?

“One, Two Step,” by Ciara, featuring Missy Elliot. Ever since I saw Camille dancing to this in the gym it’s been a staple of the playlist. The child was poppin’!

“Candle in the Wind,” by Elton John. Also helps me get my mellow on.

“Now That We Found Love,” by Heavy D & the Boyz. Keeps the rump shakin’.

“Landslide,” by the Dixie Chicks. Susan thinks the Fleetwood Mac (with Stevie Nicks) version was better, but I could hang with the Chicks for awhile.

(I’m a man of many tastes.)

Five people to whom I’m passing the baton:
Liltee, Stephen, John, Adam and Mark.

Now that I’ve lost about 30 minutes, it’s back to accounting.
