I don’t text message using my cell phone. But a lot of people do. Mostly teens and some 20-somethings. And some folks at work tell me text messaging is great for getting in touch with their teens. Twenty-something reporter Katie Reetz writes about text messaging this weekend, and I interviewed her for The Beat.
This week has been trying. I’m now producing the Jeri & Nicole Show in addition to Radio Free Sports and The Beat. I’ve managed to pass along GameBuzz to its originator. The Jeri show was sort of dropped in my lap. I knew it was going to happen, but wasn’t quite ready to fly solo right out of the shoot. No matter. The sound quality on this week’s show isn’t that great because we introduced a new piece of equipment to the mix and it wasn’t set up just right. We made the best of it, though.
