Uh, oh. Nano

iPod NanoI got a glimpse of the iPod Nano last week when on of our reporters got a black one for a present. Very, very cool.

Lex points out that the Nano is very durable as demonstrated in tests by Ars Technica.

But owners aren’t happy. Apparently, the screen gets scratches. A lot. Aesthetics are part of the package, so I hope Apple gets a fix soon, ’cause I want one!

It would be a good replacement for my shuffle.

STILL having trouble with the Shuffle. Someone said that perhaps something was wrong with the computer we were loading it from, so Mr. Wonderful took it to work and loaded it from there. It STILL skips. I had planned to buy him a real iPod for Christmas, but now I’m not so sure.

I have a mini, I love it. Of course nowmy mini has been outdone by the nano, but that’s ok. The mini has treated me well and I highly recommed it!!!

Man, jw, I’m sorry to hear that. I LOVE my Shuffle. I’ve never had any real trouble with it. Maybe you got a bad one. I have found answers to most little problems at the ipod lounge website.

    JW,

Sounds like it might be something in the music files or iTunes. The Shuffle itself is a flash drive with some extras and is better than a regular iPod because it doesn’t have moving parts (hard drive) to skip.
