Students at the University of Washington are now podcasting lectures from three classes with a goal of “anytime, anywhere learning.”
From Washington’s Web site:
Because podcasting is easier to support, (project director David) Aldrich said, it would ultimately be possible for many more classes to have it than could be served with either videotaping or video streaming. He said one of the universities CSS researched before starting the pilot project had 64 classes using podcasts.
