Preschool class of 2006. High school class of 2019. Be afraid. Be very afraid.
We’ve had lots of fun this past year with the Camille-isms, little turns of phrase that she uses or the wisdom she spouts at odd times.
She impressed us with her memory of the songs she sang during graduation, but had us scratching our heads when she was stiff as board as her classmates performed hand motions and other movements to the songs. We asked her why she didn’t move at all, except to smile of course.
She said she was nervous.
The day of graduation, Susan dropped her off at school and teared up when one of Camille’s teacher’s said, "You can’t leave. I can’t let you leave," andCamille responded: "But I have to. I have to go to kindergarten, so I can learn."

Mr. Wonderful came upon this in 1982 when Bundle of Joy #1 headed off to school for the first time. He’s read it each “first day of school,” since and it still brings tears to his eyes.
