High-speed Internet connections on the rise

High-Speed Connections to the Internet Increased by 33% in 2005 [Resource Shelf]

A couple of interesting tidbits from the report:

  1. For the first time, asymmetrical DSL connection growth outpaced that of cable modems (5.7M to 4.2M)
  2. And, to no one’s surprise, high median income impacted the number of lines in a zip code.

Yes, I am way too geeky ’cause I found this interesting.
