The Weber Genesis Silver B Premium grill. Yowza!
It was delivered after we returned from vacation and today was the first day I actually cooked anything on it. I’m sure you can guess what I cooked.
The insides are stainless steel. I can actually pull the grates out and stick them in the dishwasher (so I’m told). I can see how much propane is left in the tank. It’s got a bigger cooking surface.
I’m in love.
And so is Susan.
How did she describe the ribs today? “Succulent. Tangy. Tender. Mmmm.”
