I’m in!

If you notice me wearing a new piece of jewelry tomorrow, a distinctive yellow and blue pin bearing a dashing helmed Spartan, it’s not that I’ve become an avid fan of “300.”

It’s because I’ll soon be a Spartan myself!

I won’t get the official letter until next week, but I got an email tonight from the admissions director telling me I’ve been accepted into the Masters program in Communications at UNCG.

So starting this fall, I’ll be a student again (at least one night a week). But I make a solemn vow — no binge drinking, streaking or hazing. Well, maybe just at home.

And I’ll still always have Tar on my Heels.
