Rep on the move

Hey, maybe I’ll move up to 117 on that survey. You know, if a few more people get indicted, I could go higher.
-State Rep. John Blust, on how finally getting a bill through committee for the first time in a couple of sessions might help his ranking in the biannual effectiveness survey.
