Two kids enter. One kid leaves.

Right now, the kids have a love-hate relationship. Personally, I think they’re together too much, but separating them would be difficult.

They’re going through sibling rivalry at its most basic level:

  • They’ll argue about almost anything.
  • Screaming ensues.
  • Punching, slapping, hitting or scratching is next.
  • Then one will snitch on the other.

Susan asked me what I wanted for my birthday tonight. Here’s one idea.

Meanwhile, we’re pulling our hair out. Well, Susan is. I don’t have much left after my last haircut.

At a party recently, one couple we’ve known since our kids were in preschool (I won’t name names ’cause they’d be recognized locally) said they’ve been having the same issues with their son and daughter.

I’ve come up with the perfect solution (if you haven’t figured it out from the title of the post):

I wonder what Tina’s doing this weekend?
