I found out yesterday - YESTERDAY! - that the training session I was to attend on Monday was changed to Jan. 14. I’ve been trying to contact Expedia to change my flight and hotel reservations and, wouldn’t you know it, they’re upgrading their system this weekend.
When I called last night, the woman on the phone said call back in the morning. I called a few minutes ago and now she said they can change the flight, but they can’t do anything about the hotel until their upgrade is complete. Call back in 4-5 hours.
