Sue invited us over for a doggie play date (click here for video at Sue’s Place) with her two Cairns.
Camille, who can’t put Pippin down, wouldn’t put her feet on the ground with the two other dogs. Shayna gave Pip a run for his money, so much in fact that he crashed for most of the rest of the evening. (Note to self: It’s imparative we get a fence in the back yard for Pip’s and our pleasure.)
In his excitement, Pip left some doggie doo. Usually, it’s dry and easy to pick up. But he started with a moister mess this afternoon and was all too happy to leave a little reminder of his visit to Sue’s on her nice wood floor. Talk about your parental embarrassment!
But it was good to see him so happy to be with other dogs.
Thanks for the invite Sue. Up next for Pip: Training on etiquette when visiting friends. No pooping on the nice floors!

Enjoyed watching you clean that up – doggie diahrrea isn’t something I’m familiar with (or want to be!). The little red shoes made me remember why I’m haranguing my kids for grandchildren.
