…will keep you laughing. First thing this morning, she asked me if she could wear her new green sundress: “I mean, it has pockets! How can you resist?”
Later, before we headed to the pool, she was watching dreamy-eyed as Herb rubbed suntan lotion on my back. “I know, I know,” I said. “You love love.”
(She always says that when we hug or kiss.) “Oh, yeah. Let me look at that through my 3D glasses,” she replied, slipping on her lime-green goggles.
At dinner (we took them with us to Fleming’s to celebrate our anniversary), she threw her head back and sighed, “I think some chicken just slipped over into my dessert space!” It helps to know that her entire stomach is the size of a walnut and birds would starve on what she consumes.
